PAYMENT METHODS

B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. accepts money orders, business and personal checks, and
Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Please make all checks (with the shipping and handling fee included) payable to: B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. and mail it to:

Please note that orders paid with a credit card will ship immediately. If you prefer to
pay with a money order, a business or a personal check, your order will ship 14 days
later, to allow for the bank to clear the check.

Please be sure to write your name and phone number on the money orders or all checks.

Orders must be prepaid in US Dollars.  Please provide the correct shipping information along with your order. A rerouted package due to inaccurate information will be subject to a charge of $20.00. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you place an order, B&S Beauty Supply immediately transfers the ownership of the products you have ordered to you. By placing an order you authorize B&S Beauty Supply to act as your agent and to arrange shipment of your order through an independent carrier, such as UPS or FedEx or any other freight company. The independent carrier will in turn act as your agent as owner of your products until the time of delivery to your address. If the products you have ordered are damaged or lost during shipment, B&S Beauty Supply, in its sole discretion, may file a claim as your agent on your behalf, even though you remain the legal and rightful owner of said products. If your claim is denied by the independent carrier for reasons not in control of B&S Beauty Supply, B&S Beauty Supply is under no obligation to compensate you for your losses. By placing an order you are representing that you understand and are compliant with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing your purchase, transportation and delivery.

 

 

RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT

B&S Beauty Supply applies a Shipping Sticker to every single box leaving the B&S Beauty Supply warehouse. This sticker states very clearly the following:

 

ATTENTION RECEIVER

DO NOT SIGN FOR THE SHIPMENT unless you have thoroughly inspected the contents of each box for any DAMAGE or SHORTAGE. Shipper cannot be responsible for any damage or shortage if YOU do not indicate this on the receiving paperwork. You must notify any such claims to the shipper within 48 hours of receipt of this shipment. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 

DO NOT DISCARD SHIPPING BOX

If the unit must be returned for exchange or repair or service, you will NEED the original SHIPPING BOX and PACKING MATERIALS. Do NOT discard them. No returns can be accepted without the original packing box and materials. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!

B&S Beauty Supply cannot be there in person to accept the shipment on your behalf. It is your responsibility is to ensure that the shipment has arrived without DAMAGE or SHORTAGE. If you do not take the time to note this on the paperwork of the shipping company (UPS or Truck) then B&S Beauty Supply cannot file a claim with them on your behalf (remember, at this stage, these are
your products, they belong to you) and therefore, B&S Beauty Supply cannot make any accommodations for refunds or exchanges. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS!

If the shipment has arrived damaged, simply record the damage on the delivery paperwork and refuse the damaged box.

 

REFUND POLICY

ALL EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR STORE CREDITS WILL BE SUBJECT TO MANAGER’S APPROVAL BEFORE BEING ISSUED.
All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price provided that item is returned unused and in its original packaging. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds will generally be mailed out within 21 days from the date of request. Please continue reading for your appropriate situation.

 

UNOPENED ITEMS

B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. will accept unopened items for a refund subject to all the following conditions:

1. The item is returned within 14 days from the date of receipt,

2. The item has not been opened or tampered with,

3. The seal is still intact,

4. The item is returned in its original packaging, and

5. You have received a Return Authorization Number from B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. You are responsible for any fees associated with shipping the item  back. Please package the item in the original packing and shipping materials, AND,   insure for the full value of the item, just in case the unit gets damaged beyond repair during the return shipment. If the unit arrives damaged, and is not repairable, we are unable to make accommodations or issue a refund.

UPS is famous for refusing claims, even for insured items, if they deem that "insufficient" packaging materials have been used for the shipment, therefore, if you are NOT using the original packing and shipping materials, please confirm with UPS prior to shipping that the package is sufficient, or repackage to meet UPS' standards. Please make sure to save your UPS receipt with the Tracking
Number.

 

SHIPPING

Each item shipped via UPS Ground or possibly a different freight company within the continental United States. Express delivery, including Overnight, Next Day, 2nd Day delivery, is available for some items with an additional charge. Please contact us for additional information if you are interested in Express Delivery. In-stock item are generally shipped out within 24 to 48 hours of order notification. However, this might vary depending on the volume of the order and the time the order was placed. Back-ordered items will generally take 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. B&S is not responsible for any products damaged by UPS or any other freight company. These damages should be reported directly to the freight company.

 

CATALOG CONDITIONS

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed are wholesale prices. A One-Year Limited Warranty is included with each item.

 

EXTENDED TWO-YEAR WARRANTY

B&S Beauty Supply now offers a Two-Year Warranty option (double the regular One-Year Warranty) for only 10% of the Salon Cost of any item purchased from B&S Beauty Supply. The Two-Year Warranty option must be purchased when the item is being purchased.

 

SALE ITEMS

There are no exchanges or refunds for sale items. However, if the item is defective, an exchange or store credit can be issued subject to the manager approval.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Each item shipped will be charged a shipping fee for shipping and handling. Please ask in advance the shipping cost for your specific order.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. will allow an exchange or refund for defective merchandise subject to all following conditions:

1. The item is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt,

2. The item must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt, instructions, warranties, and accessories, and

3. You have received a Return Authorization Number from B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. We will arrange to have the item picked up or you can ship the item back to B&S Beauty Supply, Inc.

Please note, if the item returned is NOT defective, then the same item will be returned to the customer, or the credit will be subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price. Either way, if the item returned is NOT defective, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs both ways, return to B&S Beauty Supply, Inc. and the shipment back to the customer.

STANDARD PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY

All B&S Beauty Supply products, unless otherwise noted, sold in the U.S.A. and Canada carry a standard one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, B&S Beauty Supply will at its option and at no charge (excluding freight), repair or replace equipment that proves to be defective. The limited warranty covers only defects encountered during normal use of the product. Warranty does not apply to damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized service, or inappropriate packaging used when shipping to B&S Beauty Supply.

To obtain warranty service you are required to submit a RMA request form along with a proof of purchase to obtain a RMA number from Customer Service prior to shipping warranty product to B&S Beauty Supply.

 

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

Accessories (e.g. light bulbs or electrodes) are covered under a 3-month warranty provided that they are not physically damaged during use.
